Project No. BG16RFPR002-1.014-0019-C01 "Sustainable Development of the Center for Competence in Mechatronics and Clean Technologies "Mechatronics, Innovations, Robotics, Automation and Clean Technologies" - MIRACle"
The project is funded under the Program "Research, Innovation, and Digitalization for Smart Transformation" 2021 - 2027 (PRIDST) under procedure through direct provision of grant aid BG16RFPR002-1.014 "Sustainable development of Centers of Excellence and Centers of Competence, including specific infrastructures or their associations by National Roadmap for Research Infrastructures (NRRI)".
Priority 1 "Sustainable development of the Bulgarian research and innovation ecosystem" (P1).
Priority Area 1 "Sustainable Development of National Capacity for Research and Innovation" (PA 1).
Specific objective: RSO1.1. Development and strengthening of research and innovation capacity and the implementation of modern technologies (ERDF - European Regional Development Fund).
The total amount of the grant is BGN 9,346,355.60, of which BGN 7,194,217.05 (76.97%) is European and BGN 2,152,138.55 (23.03%) is national co-financing.
Implementation period: 12.08.2025-31.12.2029
The project is implemented by a consortium established on the basis of a partnership agreement between the Institute of Mechanics - BAS (leading partner) and the following organization:
- Technical University – Sofia;
- Burgas State University "Prof. Dr. Asen Zlatarov";
- Institute of Information and Communication Technologies - BAS;
- Central Laboratory for Solar Energy and New Energy Sources - BAS;
- Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski"
- University of Insurance and Finance;
- Foundation GIS "Transfer Center"
- Association “Center for competence of mechatronics and clean technologies - MIRACLE”.
The main goal of the project is to create an effective network for cooperation between the Center of Competence MIRACle and the business through technological transfer of innovative scientific and applied products and services.
